Lead rescue

Win back leads that went quiet.

Lead rescue watches for leads that stopped replying and brings them back with a timed sequence.

How it works

  1. A lead goes silent for the period you set (for example 48 hours).
  2. Vaanexa sends a rescue message — a reminder, a question or an offer.
  3. If there is still no reply, the next step in the sequence runs.
  4. When the lead replies, the rescue stops and the conversation returns to your team or AI.

Rescued leads are counted in Analytics so you can see revenue recovered.
