Export

Workspace owners can export leads, customers and conversations from Settings. Exports are prepared in the background and a download link is sent when ready.

Delete a customer's data

If a customer asks to be forgotten, open their profile and choose Delete personal data. Their identifiers and messages are erased; anonymous totals in reports are kept.

Security

Channel access tokens are encrypted at rest, and every workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace.
